IV. Usage Steps of Intelligent Charger
4.1 Connect the output line of the charger to the positive and negative terminals of the charged battery reliably. The red wire should be connected to the positive terminal, and the black wire to the negative terminal.
Negative electrode (Note: Do not reverse the positive and negative terminals.)
4.2 After determining the voltage of the input power socket, turn on the power supply of the charger and close the switch of the charger. At this point, the charger will automatically charge the battery.
4.3 Charging Procedure is as follows:

4.4 This charger has the following functions:
Constant current charging | Regardless of the low voltage of the battery, it can charge at the rated current with current limiting, avoiding the phenomenon of excessive current charging in the early stage of the low-voltage battery. ------ The constant current green light is flashing. |
Constant voltage charging | After the battery is charged at a constant current, the voltage rises to the set value and then automatically switches to constant voltage charging. At this point, the capacity has been charged to about 80%, and the charging current gradually decreases. In the later stage of charging, constant voltage charging is carried out to reduce gas evolution and polarization of the battery, thereby extending the battery's lifespan. -------- The constant voltage indicator light is on |
Sufficient instructions | Continue with constant voltage and low current charging until the battery capacity reaches over 95%. The charging indicator light turns on, then stop charging. ------- The red light is on. |
Balanced charging | To prevent the individual battery units from deteriorating and to ensure that batteries in cold regions and old batteries are fully charged, this device is equipped with a self-charging function. Once the battery is fully charged, press the self-charging button to start the self-charging process. The charging will stop automatically after 2 hours. It can replenish approximately 10% of the battery capacity. Please follow the battery manual for regular self-charging or perform self-charging once a month. 4.5 In any condition, the machine can be shut down by simply cutting off the power supply of the charger.
V. Maintenance and Precautions for the Charger
5.1 Please use a dry cloth or anti-static cloth to wipe the charger to keep it clean.
5.2 Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the casing.
5.3 It is necessary to prevent the charger from being subjected to strong vibrations or exposure to high temperatures and humid environments.
5.4 The charger must not be disassembled or dismantled without authorization.
5.5 The charger should be placed vertically and in a dry and ventilated environment. Avoid moisture and keep it away from flammable and explosive items.
5.6 Under the condition that the battery is fully charged, first disconnect the input AC power supply, and then disconnect the connection between the charger and the battery.
5.7 In the case of being unattended or unused for an extended period, the AC power supply must be disconnected.
5.8 During the charging process, do not cover the charger. The ambient temperature should not exceed 40℃.
5.9 This charger is only suitable for indoor use. Please be cautious to avoid rain exposure.
5.10 Prohibit charging non-rechargeable batteries
5.11 The interval between two power-on operations should be no less than 10 seconds (by cutting off the input power supply)
