Automatic charging unit for forklift trucks

FFBTZC24V/25A charger, specially designed for water-filled batteries, has the following functions:

Battery protection not in place: This eliminates the risks such as two wires touching each other during normal startup, which could cause dangerous sparking.

 Battery misconnection protection: This feature eliminates the situation where we accidentally connect the positive and negative terminals of the power supply in the wrong way, preventing damage to the charger or the battery, or causing an explosion upon power-on.

 Automatic stop charging upon full charge: This device has the function of automatically stopping charging once it reaches full capacity. This is to protect the battery from being damaged due to prolonged overcharging.

 Intelligent Pulse Charging: The charging process uses 100Hz alternating current for charging, effectively protecting the battery during charging in an ideal state.

 The display shows various indicator lights, as well as a digital voltmeter and ammeter. All in Chinese, the information is clearly presented, allowing for a direct and clear understanding of the working status.

 The three states of the voltmeter are as follows: (1) When the device is powered on but without a battery connected, it displays the internal working parameters of the device.

                      (2) Receiving the battery before turning on the device shows the actual voltage of the battery at this moment.

                       (3) When the device is powered on and connected to the battery, it displays the current charging status of the battery and the actual voltage during charging.

 The ammeter shows the actual charging current during charging and also informs you of the current performance of the battery.

   This machine is equipped with an over-temperature protection function. If the machine is overloaded for an extended period under special circumstances, it will automatically shut down for protection. Once the temperature returns to normal, it will automatically resume operation.
