Specialized for forklifts 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V charger manual
1 Feature: This device is equipped with short circuit protection, overload protection, reverse polarity protection for positive and negative electrodes, transformer over-temperature protection. The signal light shows charging status and indicates whether it is fully charged or not. Specifically, a red light indicates charging and a green light indicates full charge. When the green light is on, it means the battery has been charged to over 80%. At the same time, the machine will automatically enter a slow charging mode. The general charging time should not exceed 16 hours. This charger has the advantages of strong overload protection and fast charging speed.
2 Usage Method: Connect the power plug provided with this device to the charging plug cable. Carefully distinguish the two ends. The end opposite to the forklift should be inserted into the socket of the electric forklift. At this time, you will see that the battery voltage meter on the charger shows the corresponding reading. The two-prong or three-prong end should be inserted into the 220V mains power. Turn on the adjustable charging switch and you will see the red charging indicator light emitting normally. At the same time, you will also see that the charging current meter has a reading. The normal adjustment indication is around 15-20A, indicating that the machine is automatically charging during this period.
3 Common Fault Solutions: Note: Each shift requires charging. The charging indicator light is not on. This indicates that the machine is severely overloaded during charging. The main reasons are severe battery depletion or excessive mains voltage and improper adjustment of the current control switch. Solution: Adjust the current control switch to the left end. There is a protector on the back of the machine. Press the inner handle out and then push it in. If the charging speed is slow, adjust the switch on the machine to the right. Check the power supply mains voltage. Ensure it is within the range of 220V ± 10%. If it is not normal, install an AC voltage stabilizer. Or extend the charging time. If neither the red nor the green light is on after plugging in the mains power, check if the mains power is normal. In normal circumstances, open the fuse and take a look. If it is broken, replace it with the same specification. If red or green lights go out for a while and then light up again during a long charging period, it indicates that the machine is in automatic protection. This is normal operation. In case of special circumstances, contact the power plant or the technical department.
