Forklift coupling

The forklift connector is a high-current quick connector between the battery and the vehicle body, as well as the smart charger. When used in conjunction with the digital voltmeter and the smart charger you previously asked about, it is responsible for the transmission of 24V/48V/80V direct current at high power. There are two main types: the Anderson SB type (general-purpose for discharging and retrofitting charging) and the REMA/DIN pull-type (specific for original factory charging).

1. Two main types of forklift connector models

1.1 Anderson SB plug (most commonly used, for forklift discharging and retrofitting charging)

Specification: SB50A, SB120A, SB175A, SB350A, with a withstand voltage of 600V DC 

Features: Gender-independent, plug-and-play; The outer shell is color-coded to indicate voltage (gray for 24V, red for 48V, blue for 80V), error-proof; Silver-plated copper terminals, with built-in wiping and cleaning for the contacts during insertion and removal, resulting in low contact resistance and reduced heat generation. 

Applicable scenarios: 

Electric oxen, power cables of the small forklift battery; 

Modify the intelligent charger's quick connector; 

Power output of lithium battery forklifts.
